This site is the companion to the book The AI-Powered Financial Analyst, published by Harwick Press. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
The data controller is Ranieri Giardina, publishing as Harwick Press, Via Pio XI 90, 22100 Como (CO), Italy. For any privacy request, contact hello@harwickpress.com.
What we collect, and why
- Your email address, only if you choose to request the bonus bundle. We use it to deliver the bundle and to send occasional updates about the book and this companion.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (Hostinger) for security and operation, which may include your IP address and browser type. These are not used to identify you.
We do not collect anything else. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and the site loads no third-party fonts or scripts.
Legal basis
We process your email on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the sign-up form. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.
Who processes it
Email is handled by our email provider, Kit (ConvertKit), acting as our processor. Kit may store data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses / the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Hosting is provided by Hostinger.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to erase it, after which it is removed from our list.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, erasure of, restriction of, or portability of your data, and object to its processing. You may withdraw consent at any time, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). What we do not do
We never sell your data, and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version.
